Order cancellation policy:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

Goods availability
Errors in the description or prices for Goods
Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Your right to cancel an Order applies to actions taken prior to your order being shipped.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods: Packages that were picked-up by the consumer at our farm, or parcels / packages that have left our facility via a delivery carrier or courier for delivery to your home. Due to the nature of our farm shipping perishable foods, we cannot accept product returns.

Order refund policy: 

We have a strict no returns and no refunds policy since most of our products are perishable and can not easily be shipped back and forth and we can not accept frozen products back for resale. If you need to return a sweatshirt or apparel, we will exchange for a different size if the customer pays shipping to send the original back to us. This does NOT apply for meats - all meats are NO returns or refunds, no exceptions.

Order delivery policy:

We deliver throughout Wisconsin to parts of Eau Claire, Chippewa, Trempealeau, and Dunn Counties. For local delivery, order online by Friday at midnight for delivery on Monday (Menomonie areas on Wednesdays). We deliver locally to the following zip codes: 54701, 54702, 54703, 54720, 54729, 54738, 54739, 54747, 54751, 54755, 54770. Minimum order for delivery is $39. Local delivery is $15 for orders less than $199, free for orders over $199.

We offer 1-Day Spee-Dee and UPS shipping of our meats to the rest of Wisconsin and a few select states (IA, IL, MN, NB, ND, SD) with a minimum of $59 and a shipping fee of $24.99 for orders under $199. For shipping, order online by Friday for delivery between Wednesday and Thursday. 

The furthest we will ship our meat is with 2-day UPS shipping (IN, KS, KY, MI MO, MT, NE, ND, OH, SD) with a minimum of $99 and a shipping fee of $49.99 for orders under $249. Orders over $249 ship free. For shipping, order online by Friday for delivery between Wednesday and Thursday.

Non-perishables can ship across the continental US for a flat rate of $12 or free if the order is over $199 and there are no order minimums. Perishables include meat but can also include anything that needs to stay cold during transit which can include tallow or lard skincare products or other non-food items made of fats, oils or other materials that require temps below 70 degrees to be maintained.
