Box Return

If your insulated shipping boxes are in good condition and can (and should!) be reused, you have a few options to get them back to us:

Option 1: Visit us at the farm!

Bring them with you to Burger Night! This is the funnest & most delicious option. But perhaps also impractical.

Option 2: USPS Media Mail

(cheapest if you have a few boxes and want to take them somewhere)
You can return a box through the post office using the "Media Mail Rate" (it will take 8-10 days to return, but that's okay!). To get the media rate you'll need to place a book (minimum of 8 pages, magazines do not count, we will donate to the local community) inside the box, cover up or remove any dry ice or perishable stickers and mail back to us for $4-6. You can also send Priority Mail or "Retail Ground".

Send to: Together Farms, w93 Norden Rd., Mondovi, WI 54755.

Some USPS workers will not allow this even though there are technically no rules against it, so then you can try another USPS counter or one of the options below:

Option 3: SpeeDee

SpeeDee is a regional shipper that will come pick-up the boxes from you or you can take them to a walk-up counter of theirs. Note that if we do not use them to get to you (MN) you can still use them to bring them back to us.

3.A. SpeeDee Counter

Go here and enter your zip code to see how close the SpeeDee counters are:

  • Take them to a SpeeDee walk-up counter. If there's an actual SpeeDee counter close to you (highlighted in red), this is the lower cost option. Usually $5-8/box.
  • Or take them to a partner shipper at the website listed above. This will likely be $8-10 more per box (so $15-18) but you would need to call to find out for sure.

3.B. SpeeDee Pick-up

(easiest if you have a lot of boxes and want someone to come pick them up)
If you have a lot of boxes or prefer to stay home, the easiest option is to call SpeeDee at 320-251-6697 and have them come pick up your boxes for you! Just call and ask for "on-call" and they should be there the next day. Most of the boxes are 2lbs then just add the ice pack weight (if there are any, weight printed on each one). There is a flat fee of $8ish with a 5% fuel fee and then around $5-8 per box. Since there is a flat fee it makes the most financial sense to send back several at one time - thus spreading out the flat fee over more boxes and making the credit more worthwhile!

Option 4: Green Bay Drop-off

If you are in the Green Bay area you can drop your boxes off at Steph's mom's house at 2353 Phillips Rd, Green Bay. Please leave them on the front porch.

Once we receive your insulated box(es) and foil liners back we will credit your account $10/box.
