Our beet kvass is juice from fermented beets. A very high probiotic drink. It’s best to have 2-4 ounces with every meal to stimulate digestion. Beet kvass is known as a blood and liver tonic.
Shelf life:
An unopened jar of beet kvass is shelf-stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.

Shipping: this item ships chilled with ice packs and must ship separately from frozen meat (dry ice). If your cart includes meat and chilled ferments, we’ll split it into two shipments with two tracking numbers and separate shipping charges.
