Sweet Timber Maple Co.

We are Ryan & Becky Hauser, owners of Sweet Timber Maple Co. located in Tigerton, WI. We started our family maple farm in 2014. We have around 10,000 taps of our own and purchase additional sap from local farms in the area. We create our maple syrup using a steam powered evaporator instead of a conventional evaporator. Conventional evaporators use direct heat to make maple syrup. Instead we use steam to create our maple syrup that has a beautiful light color, and sweet, unique maple flavor unlike any other. We love creating different infused flavors of maple syrup and coming up with unique maple products for you to enjoy. We are thankful for the relationships that Sweet Timber has created and we hope you love our products just as much as our family loves to create them!
