The Farm Store is open the same hours AND Monday & Tuesday 10am-2pm

The bánh mì sandwich originated in Saigon in the mid-19th century during French colonial rule. The French introduced baguettes to Vietnam, and the Vietnamese began eating them with their own fillings, creating a unique fusion of mouthwatering French and Asian flavors…

And now, the bánh mì gets a Midwestern, Burger Night twist!

Burger of the Week: Stand Banh Mi

This refreshing little number is full of summer flavors and nutrition. The Stand Banh Mi burger starts with:

a smear of our AMAZING no-weird-stuff Braunschweiger
topped with our 100% grassfed, hand-pattied beef patty
fresh jalapenos
fresh mint & fresh cilantro
pickled daikon & carrot
All on a fresh bun

To be honest, I didn't think I'd like mint on my burger but it’s so good!

Also, you don't really taste any liver from the Braunschweiger; it just adds some nice depth and saltiness, nothing to be afraid of. Of course, Adeyle and I eat Braunschweiger straight out of the package with a spoon (yeah, we're crazy like that 😉) so if you are really worried about it, ask for it on the side.

LIVE MUSIC from Brian Bethke, 6-9pm

Brian Bethke is an American singer-songwriter known for his silky-smooth voice and lasting impact on the hearts of his fans and listeners. He’s appeared on WPR’s Spectrum West, Big River Radio Waves, and scored the quirky theme music for PBS’s wildly popular television show, Around the Farm Table. He’s also been a regular on Eau Claire’s WAXX 104.5’s morning show, is a member of the Garber Bandshell committee, and books the acts for Music in the Park, Osseo's summertime concert series.

Bethke' s health-related battle with Ankylosing Spondylitis has limited his live performances availability so it is a real treat to see him perform live!

LIVE MUSIC from the foxfire affair, 5:30-8:30pm

Daniel and Claire make up the duo, "the foxfire affair." These multi-instrumentalists bring a full band sound when playing multiple instruments simultaneously. Guitar, concertina, tenor banjo, accordion, and other instruments.

They play everything from Irish Traditionals to sea shanties, American folk to a touch of original material.

Burger Night Isn't Done Yet! 🍔 Fall Pop-Ups Oct 10 & 11

Well, apparently we aren't quite done yet!! 🎉 Our regular 2026 Burger Night season officially ended October 4th (THANK YOU for another GREAT year!), but Wisconsin has decided to give us a little more beautiful fall weather and who are we to argue?! So we're firing up the grills for TWO more days of burgers, drinks, bingo, live music and even HELICOPTER RIDES! And since we have absolutely no idea how many more nice weekends Wisconsin will give us, we suggest taking advantage of this one. 😁 Saturday, October 10th | 12-8pm We've got a pretty fun Saturday planned! 1pm: FREE Bingo! Come play a few rounds with us!2-6pm: HELICOPTER RIDES! 🚁 Yep, Ace Helicopters will be at the farm taking you up, up and away to see the gorgeous fall colors. 4-7pm: Open Mic with Caleb Horne! 🎶 Caleb will be hosting an afternoon of live music and open mic performances! Our first open mic ever! And of course, the kitchen and bar will be open from noon until 8pm, so come hungry and ready for an adventure! Come for lunch, stay for bingo, hop in a helicopter, sing a song, eat another burger....feels like this could be one of those Saturday's you remember forever. Sunday, October 11th | 12-7pm If you can't make Saturday, or you just want to come back again (we fully support this decision), Sunday is going to great too! 1pm: FREE Bingo! Another chance to play! $11k jackpot? Corey Rae White is an award-winning singer-songwriter and guitarist known for energetic, interactive shows packed with classic country, rock, blues, folk and more. With 30 years of professional experience, he brings great music, humor and plenty of crowd interaction to every show. Sounds like the perfect musician to put the exclamation point on the last minute of the last (?) day of the 2026 Burger Night season. 🤘 FARM STORE UPDATES First things first: we have new winter Farm Store hours! Winter Farm Store Hours:Mon-Wed: ClosedThurs-Sat: 12-6pSun: 12-5p And yes, the Farm Store will be open during both Burger Night pop-ups, so make sure you wander in while you're here because we've got a few things happening in there too. For starters, there's a brand new ice cream product HERE now that we think you're going to LOVE. We also already had to reorder some of the new Together Farms swag we just launched, so if you stopped in and the size you wanted was gone, definitely check again. We're working on getting those holes filled back in! And then there's Christmas. 🎄 We're not going FULL Christmas quite yet. We'll be decorating the Farm Store at the end of October, so stop by starting November 1 to see the transformation. BUT...we have way too much fun Christmas stuff to keep all of it hidden until then, so you'll see a little Christmas preview table in front of the Farm Store in the meantime. Consider it your opportunity to get a head start on what can be one of the most stressful parts of the holidays: figuring out what in the world to buy people. If you've got someone who's hard to shop for, keep Together Farms in mind. We've got meat, food, farm goods, fun gifts, Together Farms swag and all kinds of things you won't find everywhere else. And if the person you're shopping for doesn't live nearby, we can ship their gift directly to them for you, too. One less thing for you to figure out in December. You're welcome. 😁 So, is Burger Night still open for the season? Not exactly. We're officially in POP-UP MODE! That means when the weather cooperates and we can pull everything together, we may decide to fire up the grills again. Our regular Thursday-Sunday Burger Night schedule is officially finished for 2026. Maybe we'll get another weekend. Maybe this is it. It's Wisconsin in October. Your guess is as good as ours. From here on out, pop-ups will depend on the weather and may come together pretty quickly. Texting is the best way to make sure you hear about them and don't miss out.
