If you’re gluten free, celiac, or just someone who feels better eating clean and simple, I’ve got good news. Together Farms will be a vendor at the Winter Gluten Free Cozy Market and yes, you can preorder online for free pickup at the market so you’re not stuck hoping I guessed right on what to bring.

This is a 100% gluten-free market with vendors who understand labeling and cross-contact, so you can shop without playing ingredient detective.

Why the preorder option is good deal

I’m setting up a special online preorder option for free delivery to the market. It’s perfect if:

You want to make sure I bring enough of what you actually want.
Some cuts go fast and I’d rather have it packed for you than give you the sad “I’m out” face.
You want to try something specific without minimums, shipping, or delivery fees.
Want just one item to test it out? Preorder is the best way to make that happen.
You want a lot, or a bundle, or you’re stocking your freezer.
Preorder helps me plan and helps you leave feeling like you and your freezer are winning at life.
You want any of our non-meat store items.
I’m only bringing meat to the event, so if you want something non-meat we carry in the farm store, preorder is the only way I can bring it along.

Our meat is gluten free, with one tiny footnote

All of our beef is gluten free.
Our pork is gluten free.
Our sausages are gluten free, with one tiny detail worth mentioning: our kielbasa has buckwheat in it, so if you’re extremely sensitive or avoiding buckwheat, skip that one and I’ll help you pick another option.

So yes, basically 99.999% of what we sell is gluten free, and I’m always happy to talk ingredients with you at the booth.

NEW Products

But it's best to focus on what you can have, like our two brand new products: Smoked Shredded Beef & Smoked Shredded Pork! Both are ready-to-eat and contain zero ingredients except the beef or pork because they were simply old-fashion smoked and then once cooked through, shredded up for a super easy, very clean meal starter (or straight outta the bag snack).

We’re friendly to a lot of other “no thanks” lists too

A lot of customers shopping gluten free are also watching other ingredients. Our meats tend to fit well with many dietary goals because they’re straightforward, real food and we have plenty of options that work for people avoiding things like added sugar.

We also don't play games by hiding even more nitrates behind "celery". No gmo feed, no gmo-meats (doesn't require labeling), no vaccinations, no herbicides or pesticides or other -ides), no to artificial smoking shortcuts at the butcher and artificial casings....lots of no's with new ones popping up every day as "they" try to trick you in some new way.

There are some big yes's though too: YES to unlimited fresh air, pasture, grass, forage (nuts, shrooms, herbs, fruit and whatever else these diversity-producing hills come up with) and sunshine. YES to old-fashioned slow smoking with real wood, using one-word whole ingredients like honey....words your great-great grandma would recognize.

If you’ve been to Burger Night, you already know we take gluten free seriously

One reason we were invited to this event is because at Burger Night we’ve built a strong gluten free reputation, including our dedicated gluten free fryer (which has always used only animal fats....it's nice when trends "catch up" to the old ways). We’ve worked hard to make it possible for gluten free guests to eat with confidence, not anxiety.

Bonus, lots of our recipe cards are gluten free

If you’ve ordered from us before, you know we include free recipe cards with most orders. Many of those are gluten free, so you can walk away with inspiring meal ideas, not just meat. You can find recipes here too with more getting uploaded all the time.

How to Change Your Location on Our Website

How to Change Your Shopping Location on Our Website Our website uses “locations” to make sure you see the right shopping options for how you want to receive your order. Changing your location can affect what you see in the store (for example, we do not ship eggs), what delivery or pickup options appear at checkout and the dates that are available. When you might need to change your location You normally ship, but this time you want to pickup from the farm. You usually do local delivery, but you want to grab your order at an event or market. You are ordering for a friend or family member in a different area. You are not seeing the delivery or pickup option you expected. How to change your location Step 1: Sign in or create an accountIf you are being told that we do not deliver to your area yet, click "Enter a different zip code" and use the farm's zip code (54755). Choose any of the listed delivery options but "Pick-up at Together Farms" is great. Step 2: Once you are signed in, go to any page of the website and click the [CHANGE] button in the orange bar toward the top of the screen.If you scroll all the way to the top of the page, it's usually near the top 1/3 middle of the screen. It can be easy to miss though, so we've circled it in red below: Step 3: Click Change A location box will pop up. Step 4: Enter your zip code again Yes, even if you already entered it before. That’s normal. Step 5: Select the new location you want Choose the pickup, delivery or shipping option that matches what you need. If you are still having any trouble, you can always click "try a different postal code" at the bottom and use the farm zip code: 54755. Once you select your new option, the store will refresh and you will be shopping that location. What might look different after you switch This is normal, not a glitch: Some items may disappear or show as unavailable Delivery or pickup dates may change Your cart may update if something in it is not available for that location Locations help us keep things accurate so you are not ordering something we cannot fulfill for that route or pickup point. If you do not want to mess with it If you are an existing customer and you do not feel like fighting the Change button, you can do this instead: At checkout, use Order Comments and tell us where you want your order to go, for example: “Please switch this order to farm pickup - see you next Friday!” “Please bring this to the event pickup.” “Please switch my account to shipping from now on.” We will happily take care of it for you! Out of the area? Right now we do NOT ship our meat nationwide, but exceptions can be made if you're willing to potentially share in some of the air shipping costs. For a custom quote, please include the following: Receiving address (we can not ship meat to PO boxes)Estimated total pounds (minimum 10lbs for mass to help with thermal stability during shipping)Specific items you are interested in. Email that info to steph@togetherfarms.com and I'll get back to you asap. We DO ship non-meat products nationwide though so long as no temperatures need to be maintained with the products (note that some items like tallow lotions may not be able to be shipped in the summer to hot parts of the country), you'll just have to choose "Farm Pickup" for your location but leave a note to ship.
