Now Hiring at Together Farms for 2026

We are hiring for the 2026 season, and if you have been looking for a job that feels a little less boring and a lot more real, this might be it.

At Together Farms, work does not happen in some windowless box where every day feels the same. Our seasonal jobs put you on a real working farm, around real people, with good food, fast pace and a whole lot going on. It is hard work, but it is the kind of work you can actually feel good about at the end of the day.

Right now, we are hiring for Burger Night Kitchen Staff and Farm Store Retail Associates.

Burger Night Kitchen Staff

Burger Night is one of the busiest, most fun parts of our season. It is fast-paced, team-dependent and not the kind of job where you stand around waiting to be told what to do every five minutes.

We are looking for people who can move with urgency, stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail, stay off their phone and work hard without falling apart when things get busy.

Kitchen roles may include grill / flat top, fryer, plater / expo, window / runner, bun toaster / support, dishwasher and order taker / front counter. Most team members have a primary station, but depending on the night, staffing and experience level, one person may help cover multiple stations.

To offer more flexibility, some staff may have the option to work only certain days or every other weekend. That said, priority will still go to building dependable teams that work well together.

Now hiring: Farm Store Retail Associate

Our farm store is a little different than your typical retail job. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, pays attention to detail and can help keep the store clean, stocked, organized and running smoothly.

This role includes customer service, merchandising, inventory work, online order help and learning the products well enough to answer customer questions with confidence. It also requires someone who can work well independently and stay productive without constant supervision.

To be blunt, this is not a slow, sit-around job. There is always something that needs attention between the physical store and the online store, so we need someone who can stay off their phone, stay focused and keep moving during their shift.

We are open to some scheduling flexibility here too, but preference will go to building a stable long-term team as much as possible. Regular customers get to know the people in the store, and that consistency matters for both the guest experience and the team.

There may also be potential for year-round work for the right person. That could mean part-time work beyond the main season for someone without marketing experience, or full-time work for someone who also brings strong marketing skills.

A note on the kind of people we are looking for

We are not looking for perfect people. We are looking for dependable people.

People who can show up. People who can learn. People who can work with others. People who can stay task-focused and keep moving. People who can handle responsibility without needing constant hand-holding.

These jobs take a lot of training and energy on our end, so we are especially interested in people who want to improve, stick around and become a strong part of the team.

If you think you would be a good fit

If one of these positions sounds like a fit for you, head over to our jobs page and apply. If you do not see the exact fit you are looking for but think you could still be useful around here, feel free to reach out.

Let's work together!
