Holy smokes, have you seen the weather forecast for this weekend?! It's fire.
Remember those sweatshirts and get ready to enjoy the new fire pit because Burger Night weather is looking pretty darn perfect right now. And yes, I do stop checking the forecast the second it says what I want it to say.
Here’s what we’re serving up this week, week 20 of 23 mind you:
BURGER OF THE WEEK:
Banh to Be Wild
- 100% grassfed beef patty
- Smear TF braunschweiger
- Fresh jalapenos
- Fresh mint
- Fresh cilantro (can be left off if you're one of those unfortunate souls)
- Pickled daikon + carrot
- Shoyu Aioli
- Maggi Sauce
- Topped with crispy shallots!
The Burgers of the Week are in addition to our full menu with burgers, pulled pork, kids’ meals and appetizers.
I know, the word braunschweiger is going to scare so many of you. But this is not grocery store grossness and it's just a swipe to add some depth. Plus, remember that one of the ingredients in braunschweiger is bacon, so DO NOT LET IT SCARE YOU! Ever since she was little, Adeyle has eaten it straight out of the package as I may or may not have taught her to do, so lay aside any previous experiences or preconceived notions and let's expand those horizons!!!
Thursday, September 10th
Our Better Together Thursdays partner this week is SAFE Wisconsin!
SAFE Wisconsin collects new and gently used stuffed animals, cleans and sanitizes them, and gets them into the hands of hospitals, EMTs, shelters, counseling centers, social services and others helping kids through traumatic situations.
Because when you're a scared kid in an unfamiliar place, a stuffed animal isn't just a stuffed animal. It's something soft and real to hold onto.
We're collecting stuffed animals here at the farm NOW THROUGH SUNDAY.
Bring us your clean, cuddly friends that are:
- 🧸 Free of rips, tears or missing parts
- 🧸 Free of badly stained or matted fur
Every burger purchased on Thursday will help support their organization through a $2/Burger donation from us.
Thursday night means TRIVIA.
Note that after Labor Day trivia start time moves up to 6:30p.
This week's theme is all music: Name That Tune, Across Genres! 🎶

We're watching leaves fall, hydrangeas turn colors and forecasts below 80 degrees which means.....change is in the air and while we may have been able to deceive ourselves that we had more time when we were sweating and hot, it's becoming harder and harder to lie to ourselves that maybe this is the year winter forgets about us??
