You heard it first: our 100% grass-fed lamb is restocked!

It’s 100% grass-fed lamb restock time!

Giving lamb room to roam and plenty of grass to graze makes for unbeatable taste no matter how you prepare it. Especially since we raise Tunis sheep - known for their mild & sweet flavor.

All the cuts are currently in stock, including the very popular ground lamb which makes an amazing meatball, gyro, shepherd’s pie or burger! Do you remember the lamb burger we featured at Burger Night - my favorite of all time.

Prefer something faster and easier? Just throw some loin or rib chops in a hot pan or a shoulder roast in the slow cooker.

Any way you choose to prepare it, our 100% grass-fed lamb is nutrient-dense and oh so delicious!

Go ahead and dub November lamb month and take advantage of the restock while you can because it won’t last long - lamb is only restocked in the fall!

Order by Sunday for pickup or delivery next week!
