Our 1/8 beef bundle includes the classic favorites like ground beef & stew meat, a variety of steaks from the flavorful to the extremely tender, lots of roasts, and more! We made sure to include the cuts everyone will love!

So, don't worry, we are not going to give you a collection of cuts you are not familiar with, nor are we going to give you only the cheap cuts - you are getting a mix of the cuts that are all our best-sellers! 

And, to make things even more convenient and to ensure you don't end up with any of these cuts living in your freezer for years - we are going to include recipe cards for you! Because we want to do everything we can to make sure you enjoy our beef as much as we do! Maybe you'll even end up finding some new favorites to love! 

And when I say all your "family" will love these cuts - I really mean all your moods. In the mood for some comfort foods? Beef stew to the rescue! Is it above 40° and you just gotta grill? Steaks!

Together Farms' Protocols: 

• 100% grassfed & finished = no grain ever 
• Goal is nutrient-dense meat
• Raised on regenerative pastures on our small, first-generation family farm in the driftless region of Wisconsin
• Dry-aged a minimum of 15 days for ultimate flavor
• No added hormones or steroids
• No antibiotics (never needed since they have unlimited fresh air, sunshine, foraging fun!)
• No animal byproducts
• No mRNA vaccinations
• Organically-raised on pastures free from any -ides (in lieu of expensive and time-intensive certifications we offer farm tours in the summers to show you what we are doing)
• Cattle winter feed is simply hay from our own fields (the stuff they couldn't keep up with in the summer) or from neighbors (NO corn silage is fed nor protein supplements) 
• Humanely-raised
