Hand harvested form the pristine waters of Southeast Alaska, our Coho salmon is delicately smoked and hand packed into jars. Each jar contains 6.5 ounces of smoked Coho salmon. There are no added oils, the oils you see are the salmon's own fats and oils that come out in the canning process.

Our smoked salmon jars are a shelf stable product - no freezing or refrigeration required until you open the package. Once open, refrigerate and consume within a week.
