In general I think we under-season our foods around here (Wisconsin) but having 10 different jars out for every meal gets a little ridiculous. So I (Steph) decided to custom-blend my own seasoning blend in order to streamline my life and kitchen but without sacrificing the salts and flavors I love so much.
