where it all began...

The true heart of Jill and Lilly’s homemade began with just that, both Jill and Lilly, granddaughter and grandmother, in the kitchen over 20 years ago. As a young child Jill was raised watching her grandmother (Lilly) and eventually her father, representing their Italian heritage by making fresh pasta in the kitchen.

During the 2020 Covid shut down, Jill found herself habitually making pasta as a source of grounding comfort and connectedness to her family. After honing her skills and starting her small artisan pasta company, her biggest goal was to bring fresh pasta, pieces of her heritage and stories of her family to the community. Between sourcing all local ingredients, utilizing bronze die cuts and Italian made machinery, we are proud to provide Eau Claire with the most authentically crafted small batch pasta.
