BN Week 15: It's gonna Take Your Breath Away.

Hello from the farm!!

I know, it's too early to start counting down, but in less than 2 weeks school starts for us!

And, all the crazy weather in the first half means we have a lot of lost time we still need to make up.

So I feel the need to let you know that there are only 8 official weeks of Burger Night left after this one.

8!? 😲

And, who knows when w*!#er will start or what the weather will be like for the next 8!? weekends we have left or what in the world might happen between now and October (for real, the world right now 😬). But here's what I think we do know:

the weather this weekend looks amazing.
the store was just stocked with a ton of new products you are going to LOVE & must check out before the sell out.
we have amazing music Friday AND Saturday night
this week's burger special was LOVED last year
you aren't getting any younger
this is probably the "cheapest" the food and drinks are ever going to be.
all the big pull-tab winners are still up for grabs!
we just got a bunch of new drinks!
you gotta make hay while the sun shines!

Here's the other thing I know: over the winter I asked you guys what your favorite Burger of the Weeks were in 2023 and a bunch of you said the garlic burger, last year called Take My Breath Away.

Well, this must've been a very busy week last year because I never got a picture and I never explained all the toppings online. But, we found the sauce recipe and we think we remembered everything else, you'll have to let us know how close we are:

Farm Store Sales

In the store we will have garlic cheese, garlic dips, garlic bread, sauces, seasonings (organic and local!), stickers, infused salts, rubs, meal kits, marinades, snack sticks and more! You can find some items online too.

We also just got a TON of new products in: tea towels we love, BEAUTIFUL jewelry, more stickers (it's hard to stop), funny mugs (pet and horse lovers especially) and more! I highly, highly recommend doing a walk-through. 😍

Note that since we have 8?! weeks left we are likely not restocking some of the more Burger Night customer things and definitely not the seasonal things so once they sell, they might be gone for a long time.

LIVE MUSIC from The Brianna Rae Duo, 6-9pm

Formed in 2018, The Brianna Rae Band hails from the LaCrosse, WI area and performs as the BRB duo or full band, which consists of 5 members that span over 75 years of collective experience playing worldwide from stadium festivals to corner nooks. Friday night we'll be hosting the band's duo. You'll hear classic rock, alternative, pop rock, blues, originals, and some undefined styles of music from the 60s to the present. They love to put on a show filled with surprises!

We'll be getting the Duo from the Brianna Rae Band! This is their first time playing here so let's give them a warm welcome!!

LIVE MUSIC from The Woodland Spring, 5:30-8:30pm

The Woodland Spring is a high-energy acoustic band from Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Tim, Caleb and Dan come together to form tight vocal harmonies, intricate well-crafted original songs.

The band that introduced me to bluegrass - my absolute favorite music now! I went almost 40 years without really even hearing it. It's all I play at the Burger Night bar now and so many people thank me for playing a bluegrass channel. I'm not alone in this desire!! So why there isn't a mainstream bluegrass radio channel I'll never understand. Probably a conspiracy to make us sad so we buy more pharmaceuticals (I hope you're ready for round 1 of trivia tonight!! 😉).

Well, I did the best I could to find you a ticketing option that avoided fees but all I did was make it impossible for you to get tickets at all (I swear that any success we have is despite me, not because of me), so, all tickets are in Eventbrite now, should be easy peesy!

p.s. remember, time is elusive. Your mind could think 8 weeks is actually 2 years and suddenly the BN 2024 season is over. Somehow I think 10 years ago was 2001 AND that we've only lived on the farm for about 6 years now (moved here in 2009), so don't let it fool you too!!

Changing your location can affect what you see in the store (for example, we do not ship eggs), what delivery or pickup options appear at checkout and the dates that are available. When you might need to change your location You normally ship, but this time you want to pickup from the farm. You usually do local delivery, but you want to grab your order at an event or market. You are ordering for a friend or family member in a different area. You are not seeing the delivery or pickup option you expected. How to change your location Step 1: Sign in or create an accountIf you are being told that we do not deliver to your area yet, click "Enter a different zip code" and use the farm's zip code (54755). Choose any of the listed delivery options but "Pick-up at Together Farms" is great. Step 2: Once you are signed in, go to any page of the website and click the [CHANGE] button in the orange bar toward the top of the screen.If you scroll all the way to the top of the page, it's usually near the top 1/3 middle of the screen. It can be easy to miss though, so we've circled it in red below: Step 3: Click Change A location box will pop up. Step 4: Enter your zip code again Yes, even if you already entered it before. That’s normal. Step 5: Select the new location you want Choose the pickup, delivery or shipping option that matches what you need. If you are still having any trouble, you can always click "try a different postal code" at the bottom and use the farm zip code: 54755. Once you select your new option, the store will refresh and you will be shopping that location. What might look different after you switch This is normal, not a glitch: Some items may disappear or show as unavailable Delivery or pickup dates may change Your cart may update if something in it is not available for that location Locations help us keep things accurate so you are not ordering something we cannot fulfill for that route or pickup point. If you do not want to mess with it If you are an existing customer and you do not feel like fighting the Change button, you can do this instead: At checkout, use Order Comments and tell us where you want your order to go, for example: “Please switch this order to farm pickup - see you next Friday!” “Please bring this to the event pickup.” “Please switch my account to shipping from now on.” We will happily take care of it for you! Out of the area? Right now we do NOT ship our meat nationwide, but exceptions can be made if you're willing to potentially share in some of the air shipping costs.
