100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef tenderloin steak. A tenderloin steak is a premium cut from the inner loin, making it extremely lean and tender. Season with salt and pepper then toss them on the grill. These tenderloin steaks are cut about 3/4" thick, two steaks per package.
