Cube steak has been tenderized for you by the butcher so these thinner and smaller cuts can cook really fast or can be tossed in the slow cooker for an easy supper!

Cube steak goes by a few different names like swiss steak (with "swissing" being a reference to tenderizing) and minute steaks (the Canadian term).
