My (Steph's) personal thoughts on this dish: the stuff is amazing.....I couldn't stop eating it. It's also a huge hit when I sample it at events - even people that don't usually like curry, like this dish!
The chef also had the phenomenal idea to turn it into a soup by adding some coconut milk so I saved a little more for myself to try that out and omg.....so good! Even if you don't consider yourself a curry fan, I would still recommend this!
