Cinderblock Smoked Cheddar Cheese

When there’s smoke, there’s fire. Flaming flavor, that is. In our authentic smokehouse, we kindle applewood and hickory chips to elicit a rich, robust emission of smoke that engulf our Cheddar cheese to construct Cinderblock. Enjoy this fervent brick with cured meats and mustard. Be forewarned – it’s difficult to put out.
