Dried Beef

The quintessential recipe is chipped beef (or SOS if you are the edgy type) served over toast or eggs, made using a recipe like this classic one here or the gluten-free version here.


However, you can also use this to roll up your favorite things into a meat burrito or use it as sandwich meat. You are limited only by your imagination!


This is not overly salty like some can be. It's more similar to our deli-roast beef than our beef jerky.
