By default we will be bringing you their Simply Kraut for Oma's Hocks & Kraut recipe but you can leave a note for us to sub with Bavarian (made with caraway seeds & juniper berries - would be perfect in the recipe) or Great River (cabbage, carrots, onions, red pepper, black spanish radish, daikon, parsnips, burdock, ginger, garlic and real salt) or Root River (cabbage, carrot, beet, apple, Redmond’s Real Salt, filtered water, ginger, and fennel seed).

I've been wanting to make these forever and I'm so happy they are finally here, especially before I ended up needing stitches from my dangerous method of cutting a chunk of tallow off the big chunk in the plastic container full of cracks from my knife and now I can rest easy. Simply heat your pan, slide the stick around, put the cap on and you're done! Mess free. Easy. What's not to love?? I use it for frying, for prepping baking sheets, pie pans....whatever!
