2 steaks per package. Bone-in. Each steak cut about 3/4" thick.
To prepare a tender ribeye, sear both sides of the steak on an oven-proof pan, 30 seconds each side. Place pan in a preheated, 500ºF oven, cook for 2 minutes each side. Let rest and enjoy!
