After you try it, you might wonder why we haven't been adding sweet potatoes to our chili all along - their touch of sweetness pairs perfectly with the earthy, spicy flavors of traditional chili.
Moms - you don't even have to think about this as being sneaky because the touch of sweetness kids love - nevermind all the antioxidants, fiber, minerals and vitamins that are coming along for the ride. Top with a avocado, cilantro, broken tortilla chips, sour cream and some jalapeno slices to really make everyone do a little happy dance.
