To freeze for later: Place all ingredients in a gallon sized bag, double bag and freeze.
To cook in a slow cooker:
- Empty thawed or fresh ingredients into slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-7 hours.
To cook in the oven:
- Cover pan with foil and bake in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours.
For both: Serve with steamed broccoli or roasted carrots, quinoa or rice and rolls. Very versatile!
