Honey-Garlic Spareribs
Spareribs are such an easy and satisfying meal, it's a mystery why they aren't served more often.


  • (4 lbs) Pork Spareribs
  • (1/2 cup) Honey (12 oz)
  • (1/4 cup) Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • (3 cloves) Garlic cloves, finely minced
  • (3 Tbsp) Apple cider vinegar
  • (1/4 tsp) Garlic powder
  • (1/4 tsp) Sea salt
  • (1/4 tsp) Black pepper


To freeze for later: Place all ingredients in a gallon sized bag, double bag and freeze.

To cook in a slow cooker:

  1. Empty thawed or fresh ingredients into slow cooker.
  2. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-7 hours.

To cook in the oven:

  1. Cover pan with foil and bake in a 300 degree oven for 3 hours.

For both: Serve with steamed broccoli or roasted carrots, quinoa or rice and rolls. Very versatile!
