Easy Sweet & Sour Meatballs

A little bit of sweet, a little bit of sour, a whole lot of yummy but without a lot of work or ingredients!
Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Ground Pork
- (1) Brown Eggs, 1 doz
- (1 cup, packed) Brown sugar
- (1 cup) Red wine vinegar
- (1 cup) Ketchup
- (1 Tbsp) Soy sauce
- (1 tsp) Ginger, ground
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine sausage and egg. Shape into 1” balls (use a meat baller if you want to make life even easier). Place on a greased rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°F.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until sugar is dissolved.
- Transfer meatballs to a 3qt slow cooker. Add the sauce and stir gently to coat. Cover and keep warm on low until serving. Enjoy!
