Canadian Bacon

Pastured pork Canadian bacon. Real Canadian bacon. Did you know that most Canadian bacon, isn't? It's just a cheap imitation using perfectly cylindrical ham-like meat. It's weird. (Seriously, I don't know why I continue to be surprised by the driven-by-profit-only gimmicks, but I still am.) 

Comparing our Canadian bacon that is old-fashioned smoked without any added nitrates/its AND made from the loin of the pig (where the pork chops come from) is like comparing pink slime Oscar Mayer hot dogs to our skin-on no-weird-stuff weiners...not even in the same ballpark. ha! get it? 

This bacon is the leanest of the 4 bacons (regular, jowl, shoulder), so if you aren't a fan of fat, this is the one for you!
