Hate sugar but love bacon? You've come to the right place! Per customer demand we are now providing this alternative to our regular bacon options, there's still no nitrates or other weird stuff.

Note that the sugar in the brine helps to evenly distribute the salt, since that's been removed, you may get some bites that are more salty than others. But, hey, that's better than obesity or diabetes, right?!
