100% grass-fed/grass-finished beef tenderloin steak. A tenderloin steak is a premium cut from the inner loin, making it extremely lean and tender. Season with salt and pepper then toss them on the grill or in a hot cast iron pan and cook to your desired temp.
These tenderloin steaks are cut extra thick, 2-3 inches thick with 2 steaks per package.
