Angelica was a U of MN student in the 90s when she discovered Vietnamese cuisine, became instantly hooked and her palate has never been the same since. This ferment is inspired by those delicious flavors. As a living food, my raw Vietnamese Inspired Ferment is full of probiotics, enzymes, and organic and eco-farmed products.

My favorite uses: stuffed in a spring roll with rice noodles, piled on a bowl of Pho or mixed in a cold noodle bowl.
