Grassfed and finished beef takes a long time to grow but we've been doing our best to fill our freezers and now that ours are a little full, we want to fill yours!

Why am I so excited to launch a winter beef sale?

Because early winter is the ideal time to harvest beef and if we can get this going, then we can just focus on staying in sync with nature and not have to worry about pesky (and expensive) things like freezer storage, feeding expensive hay longer than necessary or cash flowing the butcher. 

So we're setting up, what I hope, is going to be a long-term win-win-win!! 🏆
