We love Taco Tuesday around here, and in spirit of sharing we wanted to give you some recipes to spice up your average Taco Tuesday! Now you can have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all inspired by tacos!

Breakfast Taco Scramble
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb TF 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (1.5 and 2lbs also available) or Ground Beef Organ Blend
- 8 Eggs, whisked
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 large handful of fresh spinach
- 2 medium yellow onions, thinly slice
- 2 medium yellow squash or zucchini, diced
- Any Toppings like cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado slices, cilantro, fresh lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the onions, squash/zucchini, and peppers and sauté until the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the Eggs and cook while stirring until the scramble is no longer runny.
- Add TF Taco Meat to the pan and stir together.
- Add and cook the spinach until it begins to wilt.
- Remove from pan and serve with toppings!
Lettuce Tacos
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb TF 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (1.5 and 2lbs also available) or Ground Beef Organ Blend
- 3 TBSP ground cumin seed
- 1 TBSP non-spicy chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 head Bibb or iceberg lettuce
- Toppings: chopped tomato, salsa, onions, sour cream, cheese, chopped avocado, and hot sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm TF Taco Meat in skillet until desired heat
- Cool slightly and put into lettuce leaves.
- Top with desired toppings and serve!
Cheesy Taco Pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb TF 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (1.5 and 2lbs also available) or Ground Beef Organ Blend
- 1/2 lb large pasta shells
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Any additional toppings you want
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the pasta box and drain.
- While cooking the pasta heat up the taco meat to desired temperature
- Combine with the pasta, salsa and cheese.
- Add any toppings you choose and serve with tortilla chips, or alone!
Taco Sliders
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb TF 100% Grassfed Ground Beef (1.5 and 2lbs also available) or Ground Beef Organ Blend
- 12 dinner rolls (preferably connected)
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped grape tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (of your choosing)
- 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and place bottom half of rolls in the pan.
- Heat TF taco meat to desired temperature - you will bake it bit you might want to warm it first.
- Spread sour cream then taco meat evenly over the rolls in the pan.
- Top with 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
- On top of the cheese place the bell peppers, tomatoes and jalapeños then cover with the remaining cheese.
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic powder, crushed red pepper and onion powder.
- Place the tops of the rolls on top of the other ingredients in the pan.
- Spread/pour the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Finally after letting the ingredients set for 10 minutes, bake in the preheated oven for 10 more minutes.
