Pastured pork chorizo. Bonus: sugar-free because sugar belongs in cake, not sausage.
People seriously love our chorizo. It was funny because it all of a sudden exploded into this raved about product and once people tried it they kept asking for more (and telling others I think) and so we keep underestimating the demand!
