Regeneratively-focused: we use strategic grazing to support animal health and build healthier soil, that means no need for synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides on our pastures.

Our “Real” standard: no added hormones, no antibiotics and no vaccines. Processing is old-fashioned and clean. Clean processing with no preservatives and no celery powder loopholes, smoked items are truly uncured.
