- (8 oz) Beef Braunschweiger
- (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- (3 Tbsp) Green Onions, Chopped
- (1 Tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- (1 Tbsp) Lemon Juice or Vinegar
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Chill and serve on crackers. Or, if you want to get fancy, roll into a ball, chill for at least an hour and then roll in parsley flakes, chives, bacon bits....wherever your imagination (and pantry) take you!
