- (2 cups, sliced) Ring Bologna (100% Beef)
- (1 1/2 cup) Mild Salsa
- (1 1/2) water
- (1 1/2 cup) Rotini, uncooked
- (8 oz) Velveeta cheese, cubed
1. In a 12 inch skillet over medium heat, combine water and salsa. Heat to boiling. Stir in pasta. Add bologna. Cover and cook over medium heat 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender.
2. Stir in cheese until melted.
